Clays Shot respects your privacy. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used.
What data we handle • Profile: Optional name, Clays ID, and optional profile photo you provide. • Training data: Training sessions, targets, results, statistics, grounds and ranges you create. • Coach–student links: Optional links you explicitly approve to share your training history and statistics with a coach (or to view your student’s data as a coach).
How we use data • App functionality only: to display your profile, record and analyze trainings, generate PDF reports, manage students/teams in coach mode, and (optionally) sync across your devices and approved coach/student accounts via iCloud/CloudKit. • We do not use your data for advertising or tracking.
Storage and sync • Local storage: Your data is stored on your device. • iCloud sync (optional): If enabled, your data is synced with your Apple ID using Apple’s iCloud/CloudKit services to keep your profile, training history, grounds, and approved coach–student access up to date across devices. • We do not operate our own external servers for your personal training data.
Data sharing • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. • Coach–student access works only with your explicit approval and can be revoked at any time in the app (Trainer Access section).
Subscriptions and purchases • Clays Shot Pro is an auto‑renewable subscription managed by the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. Purchases, trials, promotional/offer codes, and entitlements are processed by Apple (StoreKit).
Your choices and controls • iCloud: You can disable iCloud sync in the app or in iOS Settings. • Trainer access: You can approve, deny, or revoke coach access at any time. • Data retention: If your trial or subscription ends, your data remains on your device; features are limited to Free mode until Pro is active again. • Deletion: You can delete local data by removing the app from your device.
Children’s privacy • Clays Shot is intended for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
